A difference of thirty minutes

I told him to call at 6.00 pm my time

It would have been midnight his time.

I told God that if he didn't, then he was not the one for me.

He called at 6.30 my time.

I told God that it was only thirty minutes. Afterall, one had to consider the time difference between us.

Three months later, I was tired, hurt and broken.

I asked God why?

He said "But child, I did not choose him for you. You did. The one for you was to call at 6.00"

And He was right.

Cos I had told him to call at 6.00 my time

And he had called on his time

And it resulted in a waste of my time

THEN COMING SOON TO A BLOG NEAR YOU.....

awww... every now and then we tend to make not so right choices but it's fine, as long as we learn from our mistakes.

ha, I have done that before and made him fit the requirement by hook or crook so he could be the one..down the line, there was no pretending, he did not meet the requirements by hook or crook.

Funny, I used to say that if you were involved and you have to consider between two options, at all, tis because none 'em is the right one...

As others have said, I suppose it's not a total waste of your time as you surely must have learnt something from the experience. I suppose we need to listen to our intincts more...
